Custom orders depend on the complexity of the design and embroidery. A standard custom piece typically takes 3–6 weeks. Highly detailed Sozni embroidery work can take 8–12 weeks. We will give you a specific timeline during the consultation, and keep you updated throughout the process.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via insured courier with tracking. Shipping times vary by destination: within India is typically 3–5 days, and international shipments take 7–14 business days. Customs duties may apply depending on your country — please check your local regulations.
Absolutely. Custom embroidery design is one of our specialities. You can share reference images, sketches, or describe your vision — our design team will translate it into a pattern that our master embroiderers can bring to life. A design consultation fee applies for fully original patterns.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for ready-to-wear pieces, provided the item is unused and in original condition with all tags. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable as they are made specifically for you. Please contact us before initiating any return so we can guide you through the process.
Pashmina requires gentle care. Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent designed for delicate fibres, or dry clean for embroidered pieces. Never wring or tumble dry — gently press the water out and lay flat to dry in shade. Store folded in breathable fabric pouches, away from moisture and direct sunlight. With proper care, your piece will last a lifetime.
